This dish I’m used to cooking for my family. If you don’t have that much time to cook it in a Dutch oven, you can use a pressure cooker instead. But I’d to say the chicken would be juicier in the Dutch oven than in the pressure cooker.
Sweet onion *1
Tofu cakes *10
Sweet corn can *1
2 tbs. Oil
2 tbs. Soy sauce
2 tbs. cumin
1 tbs. black pepper
Heat oil and fry sweet onion in the large Dutch oven, and then insert the chicken.
Add soy sauce, tomato, tofu cakes, sweet corn and cumin to chicken and simmer for 40-50 minutes.
Turn off the fire and keep the lid on for 30 minutes.
Garnish with black pepper and serve.
