The name, non-impact aerobics, sounds like a very serious activity so I had to look it up to learn more about what it involved.  The website, provided a tantalizing description, “Combining dance, martial arts and mindfulness, Nia tones your body while transforming your mind. More than just a workout, Nia is a holistic fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life – body, mind and soul.”  The goal of a workout is to leave you “energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced.” This is an exercise program that takes your mind and emotions into account, and you have fun while you’re participating in it. Hooray! It sounds great to me. With the new energy that spring awakens in us, come join the group, take off your shoes, and enjoy moving to the music as you are guided through the steps by our specially trained instructor.  Hope to see you at IN Day on April 18!
