When was the last time you tried a new workout?
How about trying a cardio-dance workout that is suitable for all bodies and ages,
kind to your joints, and promises to leave you energized, mentally clear, and balanced?
NIA is a mindful movement experience that integrates concepts from
dance and martial arts, to improve flexibility, agility, mobility, strength and stability.
With natural and fluid moves, NIA creates a fun and friendly environment.
The class will be taught by Megan Sims, licensed NIA instructor based in Ann Arbor, committed to create a joyful and non-judgmental experience for everybody in her classes.
NIA is practiced barefoot to help you feel a connection between you and the earth
and set to music from around the world.
Many thanks to Vesna for bringing NIA to International Neighbors.
Let’s celebrate Spring with a new workout!
